Mosaic Monday - Williamsburg

G had an interview in Richmond, VA last week so we took a little side trip to Colonial Williamsburg. It was a nice trip and we both enjoyed it a lot. I want to go back this fall when it's a little cooler; the fall colors will be out and it won't be so hot. I also want to go back at Christmas time so I can see the decorations.

Lovely Williamsburg mosaic. I love that area of Virginia; we used to go yearly with our girls.

Now I've got friends retiring there -- we may end up there yet!

I've never been there, but it's definitely on my list of places to explore the next time we drive through the Eastern states. I agree - going in the autumn would be lovely!

Very nice mosaic! Well done.

Stopping by from Mary's Mosaic Monday to say hello. I enjoyed the tour of Williamsburg! I went there once many years ago with my husband and we had such a lovely time. We would love to go back and take our twelve year old son.

Your mosaic brought back memories for me. My sister and I have taken many trips there, so rich in history. Thanks for the mini vacation!
